TMP Inc. has incorporated our newest technological advancements into the Vacu-Jet Molding Press for rubber parts manufacture. This is one of the most advanced molding presses introduced to the rubber industry in decades.

The Advantage of a Vacuum Molding Press:

Vacuum molding minimizes the inclusion of trapped air or gases that cause defective parts. Many product manufacturers use mold designs with vacuum seals and vacuum channels to remove the air and gas. TMP has developed a better, more efficient method, for removing trapped air. The TMP patented technique creates a vacuum chamber around the entire mold. Any existing tooling can thus be used in this press while the extra costs for vacuum molds are eliminated. TMP was the first to introduce this to the industry and has seen customer after customer make this one-time nominal investment. The results are higher operating efficiencies, higher productivity, and better product quality.
