Hydraulic Laboratory Presses for Molding of Parts
TMP Inc. Introduces New Hydraulic Press Techni-Mold(TM) Lab Presses
Technical Machine Products (TMP), a global supplier of new and rebuilt presses and mixers for the rubber, composite and lamination markets, has introduced its TECHNI-MOLD(TM) line of hydraulic compression laboratory presses for molding rubber, silicone and composite products.
TMP Techni-Mold Hydraulic Laboratory Press Line presses are offered in two series:
TMLV (Vacuum) Series with TMP's CPS advanced controls; and TML (Non-Vacuum) Series with TMP BPS basic controls. The two series contain ten standard models, from 12 to 100-tons, and with platen sizes from 6" to 16" square. Custom models are also available, as are options ranging from water-cooled platens to a variety of shuttle designs. The presses are suited for molding production parts or for making test samples to ASTM or other quality requirements.
"For over 30 years, TMP has supplied quality custom presses for both production and the laboratory", explains Ted Soberay, President. "Within the new TECHNI-MOLD TMLV and TML Series, we have identified standard models of proven laboratory press designs for typical rubber parts molding. These standards make the selection process easier for our customers, while insuring the reliability of performance."
Soberay emphasizes that TMP capabilities go well beyond these standard hydraulic press models to meet a wide range of customer requirements. "We can design laboratory systems to load, mold, unload and analyze almost any material and size of part. Our customers encompass many industries including universities, part manufactures, chemical companies and independent laboratories."
TMP also offer TECHNI-MIX(TM) laboratory mixers and mills for rubber and silicone processing.
